История образования «B.A.S.» неразрывно связана с историей образования и деятельностью одного из крупнейших банков в Центральной Азии — Национального банка внешнеэкономической деятельности Республики Узбекистан (НБУ), поскольку основателями «B.A.S.» являются юристы, составлявшие основу юридической службы НБУ и проработавшие в нем с момента основания НБУ в 1991 году.
Сегодня «B.A.S.» состоит из высококвалифицированных адвокатов, получивших юридическое образование в ведущих ВУЗах Узбекистана, России, Англии, имеющих практический опыт работы в банках, на различных предприятиях и в организациях.

Our attorneys have rendered the NBU legal service on day-to-day basis for many years in all the issues arising in the activity of the Bank including the issues of project finance, financing of small and medium business, financing procurement of equipment (technologies), attraction of loans, granting of different types of credits, leasing, bank guarantees, pledges and guarantees, export-import (trade) financing, property complexes sale contracts, syndicated financing, etc.
Legal service is expressed in consultations, elaboration of draft contracts (agreements), legal analysis of projects, Technical and Economic Assessment, Preliminary Technical and Economic Calculation, business plans, contracts for delivery of equipment, technique, building, issue of legal opinions on transactions, analysis of corporate and other documentation, creation of preliminary condition and necessary approvals of transactions.
